Apricot, floral, cherry, pomme with a round mouth feel with a bright fresh finish.
Production Notes
We used champagne press protocols, cold fermentation in tank and cold stablized before starting the second fermentation process. This version of our Blanc de Barbera uses Charmat Method for second fermination.
