The Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bars are produced on terroir comprised on mainly chalky soils with small fragments of limestone and flint. The vineyard is slightly sloping.
Alcoholic fermented at 13C in tank with no malolactique fermentation. Blended in winter 2019 from two vintages: 80% - 2019 vintage plus 20% - 2018 vintage. Second fermentation in bottle started in May 2019. 3 years on yeast. Degorgement November 15, 2022 with 4g/l dosage.
