RARECAT St Émilion Grand Cru is produced from estate vines in the prestigious St Émilion sector, Saint-Laurent des Combes. We blend lots from 66 year old vines planted on mostly limestone and clay soils making our 2016 supple and elegant but with backbone. 18 months in 50% new french oak. Bottle aged for 2 years. Ready to drink. We recommend decanting. 90% Merlot. 10% Cabernet Franc.
