RARECAT Champagne
2009 Vintage, Brut, Blanc de Blancs
RARECAT has crafted a house-style inspired by Billecart and Bollinger with floral (lime tree flowers & honeysuckle), citrus (meyer lemon) , white fruit (pear & green apple) bursting aromatics, warm brioche with a crisp bright finish and a complexity and ability to age that one expects from a prestige, vintage Champagne. This rare beauty is the fruit of a very special partnership with the Gonet family who has been in the region for 500 years, family-owned the chateau since 1802 and owns 40 ha of vineyars and the most sought after locations in Champagne.
