PROFILE
Our 2009 RARECAT Charles Heintz Chardonnay has a deep golden color, providing a hint of its intensity and concentration.  The complex aroma is perfumed with pear, apple, and tropical pineapple, while the palate is rich and creamy with additional flavors of custard and lemon meringue.  This richness is delicately balanced with a refreshing acidity and minerality, and leads to a long, beautiful finish.
